Privacy Policy

RuckMate is a rugby reference, team-planning, and training organizer. This policy describes how the app handles information.

Information stored on your device

RuckMate stores information you create on your device. This may include team rosters, game-day logs, player notes, match reflections, schedule details, photos, videos, links, drill records, and injury observations. The developer does not operate an account system or a server that receives this information.

Optional device features

• Photos and videos: You may choose items through Apple’s photo picker. Selected items are copied into RuckMate’s private on-device storage.
• Dictation: If you tap Dictate, RuckMate requests access to the microphone and Apple Speech Recognition for that session. RuckMate does not retain microphone recordings.
• Sharing: When you explicitly use the iOS Share sheet or export a game-day log, you choose the destination.
• Links: If you open a website, video, or social link, that destination handles your visit under its own privacy policy.

No advertising or tracking

RuckMate does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, third-party SDKs, user accounts, or cloud synchronization. It does not sell or rent personal information.

Children and health-related notes

RuckMate may be used by teams with youth players. Keep device access and shared exports under the control of a parent, guardian, coach, or organization with appropriate authority. Injury notes are stored locally and are not medical records. RuckMate does not diagnose injuries, provide treatment, or determine return-to-play eligibility.

Your choices

You can edit or delete information inside RuckMate. Removing the app from your device removes its locally stored app data, subject to device backup settings. You can manage microphone and speech-recognition access in iOS Settings.
